A little suggestion, may be can add a little bit of legal aspect of this especially with AI involved. Our legal department can give advice on various aspect like copy writing, using AI for virtual staging (some time we gone too far showing a "nice and well renovated" photo where the property was in fact a rundown unit) and other area where it is going to affect.
I was looking to rent my home for the first time. I engaged Huttons agent JJ and within five days, we had signed a tenant. I was impressed with how JJ managed to bring just one prospect and converted that in such a short time. Thank you JJ. You did great and wishing you continued and deserved success.
Please avoid this property agent named chen mei-chi jaclyn. She is extremely lazy, rude (e.g. has the “I am above you” attitude) and does not know how to organise an open house properly. Seems very greedy for a larger commission. Also caused significant inconvenience by not scheduling slots for viewers and having everyone turn up whenever they wanted. There are many better, sincere real estate agents out there to trust with our properties.
Gary Koh forgot to tell us unit already rented. We trekked all the way to the unit, only for him to be text us “oops forgot to tell you” when we were in lobby asking him where he was. Top class professionalism that…
